It is a rather "rough" one, but it is the first time I made such kind of cake...and I'm glad it turned out the way it did!
Dough: 200g flour
1 package baking powder
1 package vanilla sugar
3 tablespoons water
Creme/ Filling: 600g -800g whipped cream
strawberries (depending how much you want to use, between 500g and 1kg)
Mix all the ingredients for the dough together and put it into the oven in a round form. With temperature at 170°C it takes about 15-20 Minutes. Test it with a toothpick, when no dough sticks on it anymore, it is done. Let it cool down, and AFTERWARDS cut it into 3 even layers.
But a bit if strawberry jam onto the 1st layer. You can also put a layer of strawberry pieces on it. Use 200g of the whipped cream and mix it with small cut strawberry pieces. Put it onto the 1st layer as well. You should keep it in your backing form or use something to wrap around it, or else the cream will run down from the layer!
Put the 2nd layer on top and,again, put the whipped cream with or without strawberries on it. No jam this time.
Put the 3rd layer on top, and onto that, a layer of cut strawberries. On top of that comes the last 200g of whipped cream.
Decorate it with strawberries, pieces of chocolate, or anything else that you seem fits.
Put it into the fridge and let it cool down thoroughly. The cream should become solid enough to be able to cut it.
