Baking with love - Kiwi-Strawberry cake!

Did you know that there is a saying that, when you cook, you have to stirr clockwise to put your good feelings into the food? 

Anyway, this cake has 3 "layers": The bottom, the fruits and the topping. So, you need for the...

Bottom: 100g flour
100g powedered hazelnuts
2 Tablespoons backing powder
50g butter
1 egg
3 tablespoons Milk

Fruits: about 4-5 kiwis and a handfull of strawberries

Topping: 100g powdered hazelnuts
1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon milk
75g butter
50g sugar

1.: Mix all the ingredients of the bottom. Grease a round baking form and put the dough inside. You can also use 200g flour instead of the hazelnuts.

2.: Skin the kiwis and cut them into slices. You also have to cut the strawberries in slices. Put them on the dough.

3.: Let it in the oven for 10 Minutes and 200°C.

4.: Mix the ingredients for the topping in a pot. Let it heat up/ cook for short.

5.: Put it on the rest of the cake and let it bake for another 10 Minutes.

 6.: Done!

Well, another thing to add better than me, don't forget the sugar in the topping!
