A recipe for Pizza at home...

There's not always the time or money to go to a restaurant for a good pizza, or to order it at home, so it is best to know a version that you are simply able to cook by yourself! Maybe it cannot compare completely, but still, it's great!

Well, the most important thing is the type of dough. You need:

1 cup of flour
1/8 cup of milk
1/8 cup of hot water
dried yeast (for about 250-500g flour)
a tablespoon oil

Well, you have to mix the milk, hot water and the yeast together, then add it to the flour, as well as the oil. And here's a trick: if you want the bottom of the pizza to be crunchy, you can go on with the toppings right away. If you want the bottom to be big (American style?) you let it grow a while with the yeast. It's best to do that after spreading it on the baking form. If you put a bit of water onto the edges of the pizza, they will grow a bit more while baking!

The sauce is rather easily made, too. You need about 1-2 tablespoons of tomato puree, add twice the amount of water, and in addition the spices like salt, pepper, thyme, marjoram,.... .

After that, the toppings...you can put on there whatever you want! It's a good way to use leftovers or the things in the fridge that you have to eat. Then add the cheese, you can also take whichever type you want. (I usually take mozarella and edamer).

You have to bake it with 200°C in the oven, till the cheese looks nicely molten and getting dark....

and then...the only thing left is to eat!
